I spilled the beans...all over my pants.
On Friday I had a very busy day at work with 2 meetings and lots of paperwork followed by an after work coffee date with The Boy's sister. So I needed an outfit that was both comfortable, cute and fashionable to easily go from work to fun. I was feeling pretty hip in this outfit, until I attended my residence pool party and I spilled a plate of baked beans all over one of my pant legs. Luckily, it didn't show up in my photos.

I also received a sweet "bear hug" t-shirt in the mail (as well as a card and some corn seeds) as a thank you reward for helping Lawrence, Kansas artist,
Darin M. White fund his personal debut solo art exhibition titled
"Overflow" through Kickstarter so that he could present in Brooklyn, New York.
Kickstarter is a website that allows filmmakers, musicians, artists, designers and other creative folks to create project pages in order to invite and link art lovers to help fund creative projects. Each project is either fully funded or not funded at all and most artists offer a small reward as a thank you for your help. If you've never visited the web-site, I encourage you to check it out.
